Include:

* FlyHUD version and build number, and whether the issue is on Mac or iPhone
* macOS/iOS version and device model
* camera, video format, resolution/frame rate, and HDR mode if relevant
* activity source: FIT, GPX, CSV, Strava, or Health/Apple Watch
* the exact steps that reproduce the issue, selected HUD, and time settings
* a screenshot or screen recording
* the complete error text and shareable diagnostics, when available

Current App Store reference: **1.1.0**, **macOS build 29 / iOS build 15**, released **October 3, 2026 (Shanghai time; October 2 UTC)**. Include your actual installed version even if it differs.

Do not post original files containing precise location, health data, faces, or other personal information in a public post. Start with screenshots and a minimal description. If an original sample is needed, agree a private transfer with support first. Never include account passwords, authorization tokens, or purchase credentials.
